Foremost Consultants is incorporated and based in Singapore; formed by David Shuttleworth, former Country Manager and Director for a multi-disciplinary firm of construction consultants in Singapore and a former Divisional Director responsible for their commercial and contractual services in Hong Kong. 

David has over thirty years experience in construction with both contractors and consultants and has been resident in Asia for fifteen years. He has extensive Asian experience with projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. 

David has considerable experience and knowledge in dealing with managing the resolution of contractual and commercial problems arising in construction and engineering projects.

A range of services is offered to meet the varying needs of main contractors, sub-contractors, developers, owners, employers and professional consultants on construction projects of varying types, sizes and location. Flexibility and a more personalised service are key to our operations and services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client and project.
